HES purchased Vaahto's spiral heat exchanger production facilities and know how
On 29th October 2007, HES agreed with Vaahto Ltd. (Finland) to purchase the spiral heat exchanger fabrication facilities and the associated design and fabrication know-how, which belonged before to GEA Canzler. The facilities will be transferred to Germany towards the end of 2007, where they will be in use starting from March 2008.
Through the additional capacity and the introduced automatic studding facility orders will be processed as before with the highest quality, but also more efficiently, flexibly and within shorter fabrication cycles.
